New Super Mario Bros DS It is been more than 20 years since Super Mario Bros. first arrived, and now Mario and Luigi are back in an all-new platformer for Nintendo DS. There are two multiplayer modes in New Super Mario Bros. -- Mario vs. Luigi and Minigames. In Mario vs. Luigi mode, it's brother vs. brother in a race for Stars.
Grab a Mega Mushroom and grow to incredible proportions, or smash through your foes in a blue Koopa shell.
Run, jump, and stomp your way through raging volcanoes, tropical islands, snowcapped peaks, and unimaginable challenges!

My 5 1/2 year old son is absolutely smitten with this game. Although his favorite is still the version for the Wii, this makes both short and long trips in the car a pleasure.

My husband and I purchased this game along with the nintendo dsi for our daughter's 7th birthday. After needing a little bit of guidance from her daddy and how to get through a certain part of the game he has completely taken over lol, which is odd because my husband is SOOO NOT a gamer! But here I am, by request, to buy him his very own copy so he and my daughter will have their own and no one misses out on game play. By far the best ds game we have ever purchased! -- Now I have to buy a second copy....
