User Reviews about Go Diego Go: Safari Rescue

This is the DS game my 3 year old daughter plays to most. It is composed of very simple mini-games that require no reading to play. They do however require color comprehension and the ability to follow simple directions (such as "blow" or "tap"). Very simple game though, so any kid above preschool age is probably going to be able to finish it fast and probably be bored of it. For beginning DS player though, who want to play games like their big siblings this one is perfect! Its got me through several long car rides with a three year old, and I love that she is able to play this one independenty :) Just don't expect anything fancy from this fame, very simple short Diego themed games is all it is. -- My 3 year olds fave game!
Bought this for my 4 year old grandson knowing he would probably get bored with it fairly quickly, but felt he needed something non- frustrating for his first DS game. It was a perfect choice. He learned how to play it without getting mad or wanting us to play it for him. If you are giving your 3 or 4 year old Nintendos this is a perfect first game, especially if they watch TV Diego. -- good starter game
My son just turned 3, and I thought he'd love this game based off of the reviews. Unfortunately this is probably the game he plays the least. If this is your child's 1st DS game, it might be worthwhile, but since my son has older siblings (the oldest is 8), they have more fun, challenging games that are more enjoyable. Super Mario is probably his favorite. The activities on Go Diego Go: Safari Rescue are extremely simple and I guess it just does not keep his attention. If your child is even a little advanced at playing the DS, this one might not be the best buy. -- So, so....
i got this for my niece a couple of months ago for her birthday. she comes over all the time playing it and nevers put it down. -- ok game
this was a good buy, but I do think my son is just a bit young...he just turned 5...he could use it better I think if he were 5 and a half. -- good ds
